Krzysztof Traczyński

Founder & CEO

He is the founding father and originator of the Fortador brand. He makes sure that the company remains friendly to clients and staff. He is a true entrepreneur endlessly searching for technological novelties, and a fan of continuous growth. Krzysztof is responsible for the growth of the company and the implementation of new products. He is a true mentor of the whole team.

Chethan Pradeep

International Trade Specialist

Chethan, an engineer turned entrepreneur, has extensive experience in the car detailing and steam cleaning industry with Fortador, spanning over seven years. His enthusiasm, critical thinking, and willingness to learn have aided in Fortador’s expansion in India and South Asia. Currently, leveraging his technical know-how, as an International Trade Specialist in the European Head Office, he aims at introducing innovative solutions and expanding Fortador further in Europe and across the globe.

Marek Chaciński

Head of Production Process Optimisation

Marek is mainly responsible for maintaining the continuity of the order chain, control’s whole factory and all departments processes. Production of high-quality machinery and products require the Management of skilled engineers and strategical thinking. He acts as if he was both a member of our staff and one of our father founder. It all depends on him.

Waldemar Moch

Business Client Manager (Administration)

Waldemar is responsible for contacting our business clients and taking care of their fleet. If he could, he would take each of our clients under his wing. There is absolutely no problem that he would be unable to solve: in fact, he does impossible things right away, and you’d have to wait a bit for miracles.

Dawid Piwowarski

Production Coordinator – Product Research and Development

Dawid is in charge of launching new products into the market, analysing customer needs, and supervising the production process in our company. It is to him that the ideas and needs of our customers go, and it is he who transforms these ideas into real improvements and new products.

Michał Rosa

Warehouse Coordinator

Michał is responsible for the efficient operation of the warehouse, stock continuity and smooth product release. Ensuring order and compliance of the stock levels with the documentation is “obvious stuff” for him. Thanks to it, the entire production goes as planned and without interruptions.

Krzysztof Wychowaniec

Production Continuity Manager

Krzysztof is our chief mechanic and industrial electrical engineer. Knowing him, you would get the impression that he is always one step ahead of a possible failure. The only thing that could beat him is probably a nationwide blackout.

Roman Arashynov

Industrial Hydraulics Engineer

Roman is our Ukrainian strongman, or more precisely, a man endowed with the strength and power of hydraulics. Something that exceeds Krzysztof’s expertise will certainly concern Roman’s know-how. Thanks to him, our machines get all the power they need
